- January 31, 2012 - Technical presentation submission form due via email to douglas.b.hamilton@accenture.com
- April 30, 2012 - Notification of acceptance
- July 31, 2012 - Draft papers due
- October 29, 2012 - Full and Half Day Tutorials
- October 30 - 31, 2012 - Technical Presentations
